Truck platooning
Truck platooning is the linking of two or more trucks in convoy, using connectivity technology and automated driving support systems. These vehicles automatically maintain a set, close distance between each other when they are connected for certain parts of a journey, for instance on motorways.

Time percentage in a platoon

In this case I see more fitting using the preposition to indicate the trucks (vehicles) are actually in "platoon" formation as this method for driving indicates.

--Alternatively, "Time percentage of truck platooning" (probably clearer to involve the word "truck" along with the platooning action, in this phrase).
