With regards to Company guidelines, the Company shares will be registered in the Norwegian Registry of Securities (Verdipapirsentralen) and a procedure for carrying out registration is currently in place. Purchasers who received allotted shares, but who do not have a VPS account, must set one up (your permanent bank connection may be required for this). Information about the VPS account number must be registered in the individual subscribers “member site” as soon as possible.
