Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Property related agreement
Spanish term or phrase: causa esencial
"La parte Compradora se obliga a nada pedir n reclamar a la parte Vendedora con motivo de las gestiones realizadas durante el proceso de modificación de planeamiento (incluida la obtención de la documentación reseñada anteriormente), constituyendo dicha circunstancia causa esencial del presente Compromiso."

Is this "essential condition"? Or "essential consideration"? Or is it simply saying that it is an essential "reason" behind the agreement being drawn up?

Any thoughts gratefully received.
Thanks

Explanation:
This is how I read it. Not rocket science!

I assume the first line should read: "... se obliga a nada pedir ni reclamar ..."

... (including obtaining the documentation outlined above), ***such circumstance constituting / (being) an essential reason/grounds for this Undertaking.***

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi Taña. Thanks. And yes, I've assumed that it should be "ni" reclamar, too.
