Explanation:
Como indica Teresa, "below the belt" hace alusión a un golpe bajo, que impacta en el adversario por debajo de la línea del ombligo. Es un golpe ilegal por el que, cuando el árbitro de la pelea hace cumplir el reglamento, quien lo realiza recibe una advertencia en la primera oportunidad y en lo sucesivo, el descuento de puntos. Me llama la atención que aparezca entre paréntesis "liver punch" que en castellano se conoce como "gancho al hígado" y es perfectamente válido. Es un golpe rápido dado con mano izquierda a la parte superior del hígado. Es sumamente doloroso y en muchas ocasiones determina el knock-out.
