I know this word shows up many many times in the glossaries, but I'm not quite sure what the translation would be in this particular context which involves articles of association. "Cada una de las partes manifiesta su conformidad que cualquier controversia contra cualquiera de las partes, admitida en cualquier tribunal competente, podrá ser ejecutada en contra del patrimonio de la parte condenada en la ciudad de ..."
