Wenn aus dem Zusammenhang nicht hervorgeht, um welche Art von "score" es sich handelt, würde ich den Kunden fragen. Sowohl Liz als auch Susanne könnten recht haben. Bei beiden Auslegungen müsste man dann aber wohl trotzdem wissen, was genau gemeint ist.

I can only assume they are talking about some sort of "performance score". "Perform score" makes little sense in English, so maybe the former is another abbreviation? Good luck!

@liz Thanks for your comment. I'm quite positive that they are referring to a laparoscopic (as opposed to open mentioned in the previous line) procedure, so my current version reads "laparoskopische kolorektale Operation". What I am still wondering about is the "score in" bit. Any clues?
