Not sure about "excepcionarse la aplicación". I've put my provisional translation below. TIA

El Balance y la Cuenta de Pérdidas y Ganancias han sido elaborados siguiendo las normas generales de aplicación, sin que haya tenido que ***excepcionarse la aplicación*** de ninguna norma contable para proporcionar una imagen fiel y sin que le sean otras específicamente aplicables por causa de la actividad de la compañía.

The balance sheet and profit and loss account have been prepared in accordance with applicable general rules, and it has not been necessary to exclude the application of any accounting rule in order to give a true and fair view, without there being other specific rules that apply because of the company's activity.
