Good, clear, concise, learner-oriented - THANK YOU Apr 20, 2011

I'm sorry I'm so late with this, but here goes:
This is the second class I took from Ms. Blackley. I enjoy her teaching style, which is very learner-oriented. Obviously she is pedagogically quite gifted. She is able to express herself precisely and has prepared for her classes well. She gives us tools for taking the certification tests but also (and for me, more importantly) helps us to utilize the SDL-Trados tools better and more efficiently in our everyday work.
