Clause in non-disclosure agreemet: export laws

Hi everybody,

I have been sent a non-disclosure agreement, which includes the following clause:

"(b) Recipient will comply with all applicable export laws."

Which export laws does this refer to in terms of non-diclosure agreement? Any experience related to this?
