Spanish term or phrase: buena disposición
¡Hola a todos!

Sigo con mis informes sobre entrevistas de candidatos para un cargo en una gran empresa.

Dice:

"Lo único que te puedo decir es que trabaja muy bien, tiene buena disposición y es muy honesto."

---------

He pensado en "good-natured", pero me asalta la duda de si se estarán refiriendo exclusivamente a su actitud hacia el trabajo (hard-working).

Muchas gracias por sus sugerencias :)

(is) willing
Explanation:
I'd probably try to turn it round to willingness, or change a little, such as to "to be very willing".

In the sense of "dispuesto a hacer las cosas", so this encompasses hard-working and agreeable.

good (natured) disposition

Explanation:
It means, like you already suggested, to have a good natured disposition , i.e, to be receptive to the people and things in the person's environment, such as work tasks, relationships with colleagues and those outside the business, a positive overall attitude, and by association, that the person has useful work abilities as well.

--------------------------------------------------

The adjectives and descriptions that best fit someone with a good natured disposition are : responsiveness- to work tasks, deadlines, the needs and feelings of others, with a positive 'can-do' attitude, and a general demeanour of whole hearted commitment to the work at hand and those people in the person's environment.

agree  Cristina Talavera: agree, perhaps more with "disposition", gives more credit to the person than "nature" does-meaning that's just how he is.
