Spanish term

\"galería anular de circulación\"

Spanish to English Art/Literary Archaeology
In a Castilian text of archaeology, appears this term when describing an ancient theater.

Éste fue recortado mediante una galería anular de circulación y 3,5 metros de anchura de la que parten 5 vomitorios radiales ...

I am not sure how to phrase this. In Internet I have found several examples in Spanish (usually speaking of the same place, so probably taken from the same original source), but have not located an English example.

Thanks in advance for your help!
