Este 'appreciate' me parece (en lo que estoy de acuerdo c/ Mercedes Marta y Ana Catarina) que no es tanto cuestión de valorar ni agradecer, cuanto de reconocer, tener en cuenta. Propuesta:

En mis respuestas anteriores había puesto “valoren”, porque entiendo que “valorar” implica considerar el valor “viendo” unos rasgos específicos que se pueden considerar positiva o negativamente... pero si queremos matizar o hilar fino, creo que podemos “evaluar” o “evaluar exhaustivamente”, “estimar el valor con ponderación”... o incluso “intentar valorar de forma objetiva”, pues al hacer eso aprendemos...
Si cuando yo hago una pregunta tengo que ver todas las respuestas y valorarlas, evaluarlas, considerarlas... y en el proceso aprendo mucho... y a veces es un dilema elegir la mejor respuesta... pues todas me han ayudado a una mejor comprensión del original...
Bueno, evalúa mi respuesta en su justa medida, y valórala o estímala en función de lo que hayas aprendido...
(Como escribía Richard Back en Ilusiones: “Enseñamos mejor lo que necesitamos aprender”... citado de memoria, así que no me citen).
