agree  Jeffrey Jankowski: A good option. Using "for" instead of "of" is also quite common in English (i.e., American Society of/for [professional field], but American Society of [persons working in the field].)

Spanish Medical Oncology Society / Spanish Oncology Society

Explanation:
I would suggest leaving out "of" similar to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, etc. Also, "medical" is superfluous, given that oncology is s branch of medicine, but that is just a personal preference.

American Veterinary Medical Association
American Health Information Management Association
National Surgical Assistant Association

In my opinion, as stated above, "Spanish Oncology Society would be the better choice, since the field of oncology is inherently medical in nature; "medical oncology" sounds repetitive and superfluous and therefore not fitting of this type of professional organization.

neutral  Muriel Vasconcellos: IMO, too many premodifying nouns slow down the reader and make the name more difficult to understand.

-> While a valid point, one must also take into account that such organizational names are common in English (see my note above).

neutral  philgoddard: "Medical" is not superfluous. There's also surgical and radiation oncology
