auxiliary organism

A literal wording might be acceptable. As this is from a draft law, it should not be too difficult to identify the "organismo" or organization in question.

Bear in mind that 'organismo' may be translated in a number of ways, although an existing legal convention is to use "organism" to refer to key institutions - ie consejo de poder judicial, tribunal supremo - and "bodies" to refer to certain governmental organisations 'advisory committees'.

What is the relation between the 'organismo auxiliar' and the purpose of the law?
