Apart from word order, there are two grammar points here. "Findings" in the sense of "the result of an investigation" is always used in the plural. This is how it appears in dictionaries, and I've never seen it used in the singular. Also, the preposition of should be used instead of "from".

I don't think so.It was my fault the correct spelling for the city is "Shanghai" not Shangai...
