I don't think I've encountered this usage before, or else brain is just fried from translating for so long. I'd appreciate any help.

Could it be a typo and they really mean "en su gestión? Because "sugestionar" in Spanish means to put ideas into someone's head or to imagine things and this context doesn't suggest this is the case. However, I did find a website where the give it the meaning of "administration":
