The thing is here in Peru people use too many words when writing legal documents lol, that makes translating even harder, reinstatement sounds good, I had already seen it and can be what I was looking for. Sorry again for not providing enough info at the beginning.

LA REHABILITACIÓN DE ESE REGISTRO DE LA SOCIEDAD. That really helps! Now I know that I cannot really help you with the term registro de la sociedad, but I can venture to say that rehabilitación should be translated as reinstatement.

Another thing that may help you when asking about a term in KudoZ, and the rest to answer it, is to offer information about the source term in the source language. This helps to paint a better picture of the original. If you do not feel comfortable writing in Spanish, no problem, just quote directly from the original text.

Now I read it for the millionth time, I realized that the problem was that the entity in Peru where societies register didn't accept the registration and suspended it (the registration)for not having enough patrimony so now the problem was solved the Assembly wants to ask formally this entity to register them or LA REHABILITACIÓN DE ESE REGISTRO DE LA SOCIEDAD.

Sorry for not giving enough context, the idea is that the powers of one of the shareholders was suspended by mistake and the Assembly wants the record to be modified. I don't understand much about legal terms, what they want is the modification, maybe 'the repair' of a specific record, thank you in advance!!!
