French term or phrase: Auto-instructions positives
This is a user manual for a virtual reality exposure therapy programme. Most of the manual deals with therapeutic approaches before the actual virtual therapy takes place, in order to give patients the tools to deal with any resulting anxiety. One sub-heading is 'auto-instructions positives'. Some context is below (I am pasting a fair bit so you get a better idea). I am struggling to come up with a translation for it - positive affirmations came to mind but then I start doubting it. Thanks for any help.

Je dois me forcer
Je dois me lancer
Je dois agir avec l’impulsion
Je ne sais pas jusqu'à ce que j’essaye
Je dois prendre des risques
Je dois me surprendre

Explanation:
I don't disagree with Barbara's literal translation, but I think your own suggestion sounds better - it's something you'd expect to see in a text like this.
