English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Lease Agreement of an Aircraft

The Aircraft will be in an airworthy and fully serviceable condition, normal wear and tear expected, with all systems fully functional and operational. The Aircraft will no have airworthiness or safety of flight discrepancies, and no carry-over or deferred defects of any kind in existence.
