Es geht um die Umwandlung von Vorzugs- in Stammaktien, respektive der leweiligen Anzahl. Zur Berechnung der für die Vorzugsaktien zu erhaltenden Stammaktien heißt es:

"The number of shares of Common Stock to which a holder of Series Preferred shall be entitled upon conversion **shall be the product obtained by multiplying the applicable "Serie Preferred Conversion Rate" then in effect by the number of shares of such Series Preferred being converted**."

So ganz erschließt sich mir der eingesternte Teil nicht.
