Since last Wednesday suffering from dyspnoea, worsening, and pain between the shoulder blades *en thv.* left thorax, breathing-related.
Cough, but no sputum brought up. Not febrile.
GP started Avelox last Thursday.
He had chemo last Monday, subsequently constipated for several days, was given laxative 2 days ago, now has a few loose stools
No abdominal pain, eating normally. No urinary symptoms
