This appears in lab notes as a list of raw materials, along with ammoniac molybdate, sodium carbonate, methanol, omeprazole, and oxygenated water. That's all the context I have, unfortunately.

Just a guess, on the theory that there may be a typo or a legibility problem in your source document.

Deionized water is a standard ingredient in pharmaceutical manufacturing...

jsut a wild guess that d.l. would be a somewhat strange abbreviation for "destilada"
