I am not sure of how to translate the wording in this paragraph: La audiencia se celebrara con los presentes, sin necesidad de nuevo senalamiento cuando se de la ausencia del Ministerio publico sin causa justificada. Solo podra suspenderse si existen circunstancias debidamente motivadas en el expediente.

This does mean without the need for setting a new date for a hearing but the standard terminology used or legal jargon/formula is usually "without further noticed", hope this helps

sin necesidad de señalamiento which is what you were looking for means precisely that "without further notice" (for a new date for a hearing, though this usually is not added as it is understood)
