This would be strictly from the context you have mentioned. I know of no widely used specific term in Spanish for "Disclaimer" (perhaps "Renuncia", but it is not specific).

But from the content you mention, I would call this "Nota Previa" a "Disclaimer", because that is what it actually appears to be.

Many times in translation we must go from a generic term to a very specific one or vice versa.

Just a thought.
