The prosecutors and the defense attorneys, that's the kind of litigation work I can understand feeling passionate about because it is fundamentally important in our society. I've just chosen not to do that. But civil litigation, it's kids squabbling in the backseat of the car, while the transactional types help entrepreneurs drive the engine of prosperity forward, bringing new business relationships into being.
