Grupo de atención

Spanish to English Marketing Advertising / Public Relations
El término que debo traducir es "grupo de atención" y según el cliente: "El grupo de atención viene a ser el grupo de atención a clientes, o "grupo de cuentas", o "comercial". El Target Group es específico de Medios, es el publico al cual le quiero apuntar con un producto"

Yo había sugerido TARGET pero es incorrecto. Service group tampoco sería el correcto según el cliente.

agree Remy Arce : normally, in the US, this is the customer services group, depending on the nature of the inquiry, they may refer you to the accounts group; that has been my experience; hope this helps.
