OK, I know this isn't "invoice" :-)
I presume it means that it has been "well executed" but would still be interested in knowing just where the factura comes in...
It is describing the way a building has been designed and constructed.
"La estructura como elemento generador de todo el proyecto, el uso de un orden geométrico y de una composición precisa que origina una solución tipológica formal de gran coherencia, así como el aprovechamiento de los procedimientos y materiales constructivos más avanzados, dan como resultado una obra paradigmática dentro de la tendencia del racionalismo catalán, centrada en el avance tecnológico y en la buena factura de ejecución"

Obviously my suggestion is not literal. Factura means ejecución. Perhaps adding factura gives it emphasis, or maybe it's just not very good Spanish...
I would probably be tempted to say something like: based on cutting-edge/state-of-the-art technology and quality in construction
I imagine (although I don't have the full context) they mean construction methods and materials when they refer to ejecución here.

of course craftsmanship is referring in this case to the features, i.e. railings, French carpentry, fan-lights, timber trellises, marble stairs, columns, etc., so text would have to adapted to say something to the effect "SOLID ELEMENTS OF CONTRUCTION" or ...... Just something else to think about!
