Its a cable manufacturing company, that presents one of its products:
Available with the industry standard red outer jacket or in other colors, the cable is fully shielded with a 65 percent tinned copper braid and inner 100 percent foil shield with drain.
I've found this explanation and picture in a website, which seems very helpful, but I can't find the Spanish equivalent (see the Foil Shields section).
