In the preamble, where the parties are identified, I have:

XXX, en su capacidad de Ministro de YYY.
Resulta su nombramiento del Decreto ZZZ, y ***me consta por notoriedad*** la vigencia de su cargo.

I understand the meaning: I’m looking for a suitably notarial wording. Thanks.

Although looking at the whole sentence:

Resulta su nombramiento del Decreto ZZZ, y ***me consta por notoriedad*** la vigencia de su cargo.

Said minister was appointed to his/her post in accordance with Decree ZZZZ and his/her continuance in the post of/as minister is known to me as public fact / as information in the public domain

Or something along those lines.

neutral  Lia Fail (X): Except it's not "on record", it's a minister, and he/she is known as such becuase he/she has been formally appointed, is in the news etc, in otehr words, he/shre is "famouus"

  -> The person is well-known. I said "through common knowledge." Perhaps the wording would have been better, "I place it on the record .." since this is a notarized deed and the notary has to explain his official recording based on this common knowledge.
