Dice en una sentencia que la exigencia de acusación si va a proteger la defensa en juicio y imparcialidad como condiciones del debido proceso, presupone que dicho acto provenga de un tercero diferente "de quien ha de juzgar acerca de su viabilidad".
O sea sería ese tercero el que está siendo juzgado? No le entiendo el sentido.
