Spanish term or phrase: Este programa debe estar liderado por un grupo de personas.
Se trata de un "programa" de implementación análitica. (análisis de datos) por el que se trata de introducir el análisis de datos en todos los departametos de la empresa. Me da la impresión que la palabra "programa" puede ser ligéramente desaforturada, pues se trata de un proyecto o, como quiere decir el texto, de un programa para introducir un programa (avanzado) de análisis en toda la empresa.

La frase la había traducido de una forma que ahora no me satisface:

"This program should be led by a group of executives".

I wouldn't say "executives, if I were you, since you don't know whether they are actually executives - that's too big an assumption, I think

Oh, one other thing: programme could be "project" if you think it is a single project... a "programme", properly, is a set of related projects - kind of a big project

  -> Good question! I think in English, we are quite good at giving instructions in business without actually sounded like they are mandatory, when actually they are. "should" feels right her, I think.
