Es geht um eine Anleitung eines Anbieters eines Tools für Web Governance über die Einrichtung und Pflege von Webseiten.

Unter der Überschrift "Standards" heißt es:
"Web standards are more specific rules and qualifications which determine things like the ***voice and tone*** of content, the look and feel of design elements, or the specific channels and tools used to communicate your message."

"Stimme und Tonfall" dürften hier nicht passen, da es bei Webseiten ja weniger um Hören geht. "Sprache" wäre sicher missverständlich, weil man da eher an Deutsch/Englisch usw. denken würde.

Vielleicht "Sprachebene und Ton"?
