Bus/Financial - Law (general) / Bank regulations
Spanish term or phrase: deducirse
Context: The Rules and Regulations of a Bank regarding the roles (obligations, procedures, etc...) of its Customer Care Service and Customer's Ombudsman.

The reason \"deducir\" is between quotation marks is because it is a set phrase with \"demanda\", that is a complaint as in a lawsuit or action. When you see the action that is taken with the \"complaints\", be these \"quejas\" or \"reclamaciones\", they are filed with the appropriate groups protecting rights and legitimate interests.

Inferir.
Inferir, a su vez, significa: 2. tr. Llevar consigo, ocasionar, conducir a un resultado.

Con lo cual no estaría de más traducirlo por "must be resolved" o incluso "must result in" y creo que sirve para el contexto en el que aparece la frase.

suerte!
