agree  philgoddard: I don't think 'workforce' is appropriate here, but 'staff' or 'faculty' are.

  -> thanks, "faculty" is good provided the term is intended to cover only the teaching staff and not, say, the janitors

agree  Domini Lucas: I had also assumed "faculty" originally due to academic context, but agree that it only covers the teaching staff. I would also prefer "staff" to workforce.
