I am not sure how to best convey the term "three-table" in the context below.
"On April 20, volunteers from seven countries flew to Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, for a medical mission.
The skilled, **three-table volunteer team** arrived energized and committed to providing the best possible experience for our patients, many of whom had been waiting for nearly two years since Operation Smile’s last cleft mission to the country.
As Operation Smile analyzes our programmatic approach and strategy in the Congo, our key objectives are to increase our local volunteer base and work towards hosting smaller, local missions."
Any help would be appreciated.
