Não precisa de agradecer, só não gosto é de ser confundida e muito menos com um cavalheiro :-D
"Bilan" tanto pode ser "balanço" como "resultados"; "riche" é algo enriquecedor, que tem valor, peso, importância e "operationnel" entendo como operacional ou funcional.
Por outro lado, como essa passagem menciona "membros", talvez "balanço diversificado" e funcional devido à expressão "génération immédiate du bilan", que me sugere a ideia de ser criado rapidamente para ser depois aplicado de imediato.
