In Spansih, we say "PIC" to refer to the intracranial pressure, which is often monitored in patients with neurologic disorders.

NR probably means 'no registrada', which may be secondary to negligence of the medical personnel, to the fact that the PIC machine or its measuring screw was not working, or to the fact that no PIC monitoring was implemented in this patient.

Abstract
Assessments of dynamic cerebral autoregulation usually measure the cerebral blood flow velocity (CBFV) response to changes in arterial blood pressure (ABP).
