indicator light panel
Los pilotos (indicadores) en inglés se montan en un "panel" -tablero - no en "trays" -bandeja-.

Hi Sonia . I can't find the english translation, but you can see a picture HERE:

The other possibility is a longshot: if you're referring to a scale model of the truck; a "bandeja porta-pilotos" is the lexan driver insert with the figure of the driver(s) molded in.

(light/)lamp-mounting panel/tray
Yes, I had great fun with porta-pilotos a few months back in a translation about vehicle bodywork parts. Not exclusive to refrigerated trucks of course, but for any vehicle with lights.
That time I decided in conjunction with the client on *lamp mounting panel for porta-pilotos*, having found this on a reliable looking US list of components (but DID I keep the link?!) Plenty of google hits tho, such as www.thefind.com/cars/info-tail-lamp-panel
Lamp is probably more US English, so light is the alternative, but isn't half as common.
Piloto itself is always something of a poser, since in Spanish they distinguish between the headlights (faro) and the rest. If I have to distinguish, as I often have to, on a list of elements to be repaired, I use "headlights" and "other lights", but that's when they stand alone. Here I would stick with lamp, personally.

I originally wrote tray as an alternative in my answer at the top, but I wasn't keen on this, and subsequent googling confirmed my reluctance. But I forgot to delete it!

Eski's link below shows us what we are talking about. In Spain at least "pilotos" is the term often used to refer to indicator lights, brake lights and side lights, as a group, in other words, everything except headlights. However, in this context I don't think we need to worry about this distinction, since we're looking at rear lights anyway (and that's the part that would be inside the refrigerated section at the back of a van). Gilberto's suggestion omits mounting, and I'm inclined to agree with him over that - it's cumbersome and it's clear without it.

: Pilot is not a poser. A pilot light is also refered to as an "idiot" light. It is a light that shows the status of something on the machine/vehicle it is mounted on. For example it will show if the fuel/oil are low or the vehicle is hot or somethign is on

I didn't say that pilot was a poser, but piloto, since the term is used in Spanish to cover more than just "testigo" lights in the context of vehicles.
