Credit Load Certificate
"Carga horaria" would be "Credit Load" in English, meaning the number of credits the class bears, which in the U.S. system, is equal to the number of hours the student spends in the class per week. The only document I've seen in the U.S. system that shows only the classes a student is taking during the current semester, plus the credits for each class, is called a "Registration Slip."
If the certificate shows any grades, however, it would be called a transcript.

Note: The registration slip is usually a temporary document, just a carbon copy of the original. If a person needs a more permanent document from the registrar of the school, the document issued would be \"Proof of Registration,\" and would show only the classes being taken during the current semester, plus the credit hours for each class.

If this is a general document used as a guide by all students, then it would be none of the above. It would

transcript???
just a guess. Here in the U.S. there's no such thing as a certificate just to evidence credit hours.

work load
Es un "Certificate of Work Load".

It should indicate that it is the Student Work Load (sorry I didn\'t mention it but it was implicit)
