Japanese term

交渉診断による、トランスポンダーキーのプログラミング、再プログラミング

Japanese to English Tech/Engineering Engineering: Industrial automotive
Hi all,
I'm doing a translation for an "immobilizer control system" with transponders and such for a vehicle, when i came across this phase. The sentence comes under the following heading: "Reprogram the transponder keys under any one of the following conditions". The problem is with "交渉診断" as i find it diificult to believe that this could be "negotiated diagnois". Any help would be much appeciated.

"Interactive diagnosis" was a good guess i must say, but by looking at the whole document, it seems obvious to me now that it was a typo. thanks for your help though, much appreciated!

?? diagnostics

I'm also pretty sure this must be a typo. The only site I found for "交渉診断" was here: www.geocities.jp/usamoru123/imp.htm

However, the item that this page refers to is correctly listed on the following site as "故障診断(コネクター)".

This isn't my speciality, so I couldn't really think of an appropriate modifying term. For cars, a term like on-board diagnostics would be appropriate, but I'm not totally sure in this case. I hope this points you more in the right direction, though.
Note from asker:
Thansk for confirming this, your help is much appreciated!
