German to English Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright
I'd appreciate help here. Thanks.

Aus einem Gerichtsurteil in einer markenrechtlichen Sache:

Zentral und mit blauer Farbe unterlegt ist nämlich dort das auf dem österreichischen Markt eingeführte und daher bekannte *Serienlogo* "abc" angebracht.

(serial) trade mark

you can call it a "logo" as well, but "trade mark" seems to be more what they are describing in this case

standard logo

I'm not 100% sure about the use of "standard" here, but I would certainly stick to logo in line with your text. A logo can of course also be registered as a trade mark and the logo referred to here almost certainly is - you will know from the rest of your text.

See, e.g.

Dolby Digital is a trademark of Dolby Laboratories, Inc. Dolby Laboratories encourages use of the Dolby Digital trademark to identify soundtracks that are encoded in Dolby Digital. This is an effective way to inform listeners of the soundtrack format, and the use of a standard logo promotes easy recognition in the marketplace. However, like any trademark, the Dolby Digital logo may not be used without permission.

The context makes me think that this may be a
'(manufacturer´s) nameplate'
