fixed OM remuneration

fixed OM remuneration

Ich muss schon wieder fragen :(

fixed operating margin remuneration?

Context

Product price risk
In general, the production entities bear product pricing risk as the sale price to Group wholesalers is affected directly or indirectly the price charged to customers. In this regard, for the cases where the transfer pricing policy sets a fixed OM remuneration for the wholesaler entities, the purchase price charged by production entities to Group wholesalers is directly affected by the price of the fruit charged to customers in the destination countries.

PRO (3): Steffen Walter, Daniel Gebauer, BrigitteHilgner

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

Daniel Gebauer Nov 28, 2017:
Einfach mal durchlesen http://www.transferpricing.wiki/general-transfer-pricing-inf...
Operating profit margin
The operating profit margin (“OPM”) is the ratio of EBIT to turnover. The OPM is generally the preferred PLI for sales and marketing activities of a distributor. Where the level of sales can be a reliable forecast, the OPM is often used to establish transfer prices to be earned by a sales and marketing entity.
Michaela Feigl (asker) Nov 28, 2017:
Danke für euren Input. Ich fange an es besser zu verstehen.
Steffen Walter Nov 28, 2017:
Michaela Feigl (asker) Nov 28, 2017:
Hoppla, ich dachte ich habe eigentlich non-pro gewählt
Steffen Walter Nov 28, 2017:
Michaela Feigl (asker) Nov 28, 2017:

Note from asker:
Herzlichen Dank!
