contratar activa o pasivamente engage in active or passive trading Explanation: Tough one but I believe this is the idea, given that contratar in the context of bienes / valores usually refers to trading. Given my suggestion in the other question, you might consider "engage in active or passive trading and (firm?) undertaking of (...)" or somewhere along those lines. Granted this is from stock market language point of view that may or may not be applicable to the context of those assets mentioned in your text. |
