I have actually already answered this in your previous question, when I said that I thought the corona was the top width.

The applicant proposes to excavate a channel approximately 5,300 linear feet in length to 15 feet deep with a 30-foot bottom width, and a 75-foot top width

The channel was dug 36 feet deep by 500 feet across (bottom width) and 600 feet across (top width).
