Italian term
manifestazione
Italian to English
Bus/Financial
Computers: Software
gambling portal: computer protocol for fixed odds betting
betting portal for all sports events (horseracing, football, hockey) - you can place fixed odds bets on everything.
There is very little context: avvenimento are 'events' throughout this document, but I'm not sure what the best translation of 'disciplina' and 'manifestazione' are in this context.
Is it simply 'a general term for sporting 'events', or is it best used in place of 'contest' or 'match'???
"Description:
This message enables the CN to obtain a list of the ##manifestazioni ##relating to a ##disciplina##.
By using the extended attribute ACC_MANIF you can request the information for a single ##manifestazione##, in this mode, the fields of the body of the request are not taken into consideration. "
['Displays' and 'exhibitions' in the Proz Glossary don't fit in this context]
TIA

It seems like another synonym for sporting event; i.e. 'manifestazione sportiva'...
Hope this helps
