Nos encontramos en un contexto de una poliza de seguros en lo que interpreto se trata simplemnte de una clausula adicional a la poliza. El témino aparece como título, y comienza diciendo:

"This Policy to which this Endorsement is attached and made a part thereof..."

En internet casualmente he visto la siguiente tradución del término propuesto, que no me parece correcta

"Aditamento a la póliza de suscripción."

Por mi parte provisionalment interpreto que la traducción podría ser sencillmante "Cláusula adicional/anexo a la poliza"

No se si sería importante incluir el concepto "endoso" (endorsement), no lo parece.

Quedo a la espera de vuestras mejores interpretaciones.
