I am translating a text about an ex-police officer who was the victim of an assault and has been left with constant pain and discomfort, to put it mildly.
Here is the sentence:
Il a par ailleurs été mis en évidence récemment une névralgie du nerf d'Arnold droit infiltré à deux reprises. Une sanction chirurgicale pourrait être envisagée.
