: Could be right, but as we don't know why they are immobilisés, it might be wrong too. Also, there is a risk of unintentional humour, as idle may be interpreted as 'lazy'! / I know, but specifically 'idle staff'' is risky!

Thanks for your comment. Idle manpower, underutilized manpower and redeployment are some of the terminologies frequently used in an industrial environment.
