Dieser Vertrag ... tritt mit sofortiger Wirkung, nach rechtsgültiger Unterzeichnung, in Kraft.

Not sure what to do with "rechtsgültiger". I can't see how to fit it inot a standard phrase such as "shall come into force with immediate effect once signed".
