English term or phrase: tax effective ¡Hola a todos! Estoy traduciendo un documento sobre las presuntas implicaciones fiscales de la adquisición de un grupo de empresas para una multinacional. Me he encontrado con este término que, aunque he visto, literalmente, traducido como "fiscalmente eficiente", yo creo que aquí tendría más sentido traducir como "relevante/pertinente a efectos fiscales". Os escribo el contexto en busca de vuestra aprobación. Saludos y gracias. Por un lado puede ser que las cantidades mencionadas resulten "fiscalmente eficientes" al no afectar la liquidez de la compañía.
